• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 4+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect
• Hands‑on experience with at least two enterprise‑level Salesforce CPQ implementations
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, Apex, and LWC, with a strong understanding of Salesforce security models
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies (e.g., REST API, SOAP API)

• Certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
• Specialized certifications in CPQ or Experience Cloud
• Experience with Agentforce and Einstein Copilot/Agents
• Ability to influence stakeholders by translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong systemic thinking to understand the impact of changes across Salesforce clouds
