Data Analyst at Mold Stud## About the Role The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting Mold Stud's Intake team by designing and maintaining insightful reports and dashboards, performing comprehensive data analyses, and developing predictive models that inform strategic decision-making. This position offers the flexibility of remote work or a hybrid schedule for local candidates, based in Lake Mary, Florida.##

Key Responsibilities
* ** Data Reporting & Visualization:
** Create, update, and manage dynamic reports and dashboards to provide accessible insights across teams.
* ** Data Analysis & Insights:
** Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve client engagement and operational efficiency.
* ** Predictive Modeling:
** Develop models to forecast future trends and support proactive decision-making processes.

Qualifications & Skills
* ** Educational Background:
** Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

** At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles, preferably within legal, litigation, or complex operational environments.
* ** Technical Proficiency:
** Strong experience with Sigma Computing or similar cloud-based BI tools, with a preference for Sigma expertise.
