- Support the sustainment of the Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro application and related integrated systems
- Collaborate with IT analysts to design and test solutions for identified issues and requests
- Oversee data integration of SAP systems into the Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro software application
- Provide direct support to business users and execute daily tasks related to MRP planning variances
- Work with business unit experts and IT team members for requirements gathering and solution deployment
- Bachelor of Science degree with at least 5+ years of experience supporting Kinaxis Rapid Response integrated with SAP ECC 6.0 / ERP
- Knowledge of Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Material Management processes
- Strong analytical skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Certifications in Author 1, Contributor 1, Admin 1, and Author 2
- Experience with functional requirements gathering and testing of software changes
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong team relationships with remote partners and customers
