Title: SAP TM Consultant

Location: Wickliffe, OH (2 weeks of travel in a month)

Responsibilities and

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 12-15+ years of experience in SAP implementation programs and strong experience in SAP Transportation Management module. Integration of SAP TM to all other modules of SAP.
• Experience in Chemicals or other Process industries.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP TM in S/4
  
  HANA implementation programs.
• Responsible for requirement gathering, blueprint, design, configuration, functional testing, test data set‑up, etc.
• Analyze business requirements, produce conceptual and detailed design to meet business needs, involve necessary SAP configurations, prepare detailed functional/technical specifications, testing, implementing the automated solution, and manage overall SAP team for development and testing.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge / certification of S/4 HANA and Scrum Master / Agile Coach can be additional benefits.
• Strong client‑facing experience, great communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced Excel based data analysis.
• Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinate work delivery between onsite and offshore.
• Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.
