What You’ll Do

This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining high‑quality AI‑powered clinical note templates for healthcare organizations. The individual will work directly with client stakeholders to understand documentation needs, translate them into structured LLM‑driven templates, and ensure outputs are clinically accurate, reliable, and production‑ready. Success in this role requires extreme attention to detail and a true ownership mindset in making our clients successful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Template Design & Delivery (~60%) Participate in client onboarding, discovery, and feedback calls to understand clinical documentation requirements across specialties

  • Design and build AI‑powered clinical note templates using tools such as Claude and OpenAI

  • Test templates against real‑world transcripts and encounters to validate structure, accuracy, and completeness

  • Thoroughly QA the medical note outputs to make sure they align with expectations, ensuring no bugs or issues make it to production.

  • Deliver templates to clients for review and iterate based on feedback until they meet clinical and operational standards

  • Manage multiple template projects concurrently across different clients and medical specialties

  • EHR Integration & Troubleshooting (≈30%)

    • Structure clinical note output for export into Electronic Health Record systems including athena

      One, Epic, Advanced

      MD and more

    • Map template fields to EHR‑specific schemas and workflows

    • Investigate and debug synchronization failures to understand why encounters succeed or fail

    • Partner with engineering, integration vendors, and client IT teams to resolve technical issues

    • Conduct trial‑and‑error testing to stabilize integrations prior to go‑live and during early rollout

  • Account & Delivery (≈10%)

    • Maintain internal project trackers and implementation documentation

    • Coordinate timelines, expectations, and deliverables with client stakeholders

    • Own escalations related to note quality, template behavior, or EHR integration issues

    • Act as a trusted technical point of contact for assigned accounts

  • What You Must Bring
    • 4+ years of experience in a technical customer‑facing role (Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or similar)

    • Hands‑on experience with LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, GPT‑4+)

    • Ability to design structured prompts and templates while controlling output consistency, formatting, and edge cases

    • Ability to logically reason about clinical completeness, accuracy, and compliance

    • Comfort working with structured data (JSON, schemas, mappings)

    • Technical literacy with APIs, browser developer tools, and basic scripting

    • Client‑facing experience, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders

    • Willingness to travel up to 10%

    Preferred
    • Familiarity with clinical workflows and EMR/EHR systems.

    • Experience prompting, testing, and iterating on LLM prompts to achieve compliant results

    • Prior experience in a healthcare technology or AI‑driven product environment
