SharePoint; M365 Architect​/Team Leader

Overview

We are looking for a motivated SharePoint (M365) Architect / Team Leader to design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps and .Net frameworks in Athens or remotely. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on projects for major international public organizations.

• Design and develop SharePoint (M365) solutions using SharePoint Online and build and maintain .Net applications and web services.
• Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps and solution options.
• Lead a high‑performing team, mentor talent, and contribute to building a Center of Excellence.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps and Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies (React/Angular).
• Experience with RESTful services and APIs.
• Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with .Net development (C#, ASP.Net, MVC).
• Experience with broader M365 ecosystem components (Teams, Exchange Online, Security & Compliance).
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure App Service, and Azure Dev Ops.
• Microsoft Certifications.
