SharePoint; M365 Architect/Team Leader
Overview
We are looking for a motivated SharePoint (M365) Architect / Team Leader to design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps and .Net frameworks in Athens or remotely. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on projects for major international public organizations.
Responsibilities- Design and develop SharePoint (M365) solutions using SharePoint Online and build and maintain .Net applications and web services.
- Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps and solution options.
- Lead a high‑performing team, mentor talent, and contribute to building a Center of Excellence.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps and Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies (React/Angular).
- Experience with RESTful services and APIs.
- Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with .Net development (C#, ASP.Net, MVC).
- Experience with broader M365 ecosystem components (Teams, Exchange Online, Security & Compliance).
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure App Service, and Azure Dev Ops.
- Microsoft Certifications.
