In 2019, RxAnte launched Mosaic Pharmacy Service (MPS), a wholly-owned subsidiary. Designed specifically to provide in-home pharmacy services to medically complex and vulnerable seniors, MPS will directly improve prescribing, adherence, and drug therapy outcomes for patients under our care.

As a member of the RxAnte Business Intelligence team, the BI Developer will be responsible for helping design and build the reports required to deliver RxAnte's Business Intelligence and Reporting. Strong data modeling, data analysis, and report design experience. This role will work with the product and technical team to translation project requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for data models and BI reports.

The BI developer will also work to debug and troubleshoot issues in the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards. Lastly, they will help develop detailed QA/UAT criteria and execute on the test plans.

The main priorities of the BI Developer are as follows:

• Maintain BI infrastructure and develop long-term BI data and system architecture
• Contribute to the development of new and updated BI dashboards
• Take part in requirements gathering, logical design, physical design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Help create and implement platforms, data warehouses/data marts, reporting mechanisms, and business modeling that will scale with the company's reporting capabilities
• Work with Product team, Mosaic Pharmacy team, and external clients to determine BI needs and requirements
• Work with other web application team to embed BI dashboards into externally facing RxEffect platform and limit results based on user access rules
• Work with IT to deploy BI application upgrades and packages

• Deep understanding of SQL
• Understanding of data cubes, data modeling, and effective data management strategies
• BI report design, development, and implementation
• Knowledgeable about BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Sisense
• SAS experience a plus
• Health care experience a plus
