- Design and implement business intelligence solutions, including dashboards and reports, to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights across business units
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate and enhance analytical workflows
- BS Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or process improvement
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI & Power Automate) and SQL data querying language
- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills to propose structured, data‑driven solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to define parameters that meet business requirements
- Experience with relational databases and star schemas
- Experience with Snowflake application
- Experience with AI/machine learning
- Project management skills to effectively manage initiatives
- Detail‑oriented and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
