Position: Director of Sales, United States Navy (USN)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Direct and oversee the entire sales process targeting customers in the U.S. Navy, aligned with the company's strategic objectives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the USN market while identifying new business opportunities
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
  • Manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database with forecasts
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate their value to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Prior U.S. Department of Defense military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
  • Deep understanding of U.S. Navy procurement processes and relevant military applications
  • Experience leading all phases of business capture including whitepapers and proposals
  • Must hold a SECRET level clearance or be able to obtain one within 12 months of the start date; U.S. Citizenship required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
  • Demonstrated experience in autonomous military systems and US Navy tactical communications
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of military C2, C5

    ISR, EW, or SIGINT applications
  • Proven track record in sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
  • Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
