- Analyze complex business challenges by gathering and interpreting data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, to support strategic decision‑making
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Evaluate and improve existing BI processes and reporting frameworks for efficiency and accuracy
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance analytical workflows
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Typically 5+ years of directly related experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or process improvement roles
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI & Power Automate) and SQL data querying language
- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills to propose data‑driven solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to meet business requirements
- Experience with relational databases and star schemas
- Experience with Snowflake application
- Experience with AI/machine learning
- Project management skills to effectively manage initiatives
