• Manage the daily performance and operation of enterprise-level software applications
• Collaborate with business leaders and project managers to define project scope and execute multiple projects
• Document functional business requirements and translate them into system designs
• Analyze and resolve system issues while preparing reports and recommendations for IT systems
• Coordinate and perform in-depth testing for modified and new systems, providing post-implementation support

• 5-7 years of experience supporting software applications and software development
• Extensive knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
• Proven understanding of project management methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of SQL, Excel, and Access

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred
• 7 years of experience supporting software applications and software development
• Experience with retail applications and principles
• Familiarity with retail IT business practices
