Real-World Evidence (RWE) Analyst to join an Evidence Generation team. This is an immediate, 12‑month contract opportunity (through the end of the year). The successful candidate will play a critical role in generating, analyzing, and interpreting real‑world data (RWD) to support strategic decision‑making. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the U.S., with a preference for Eastern Standard Time (EST) alignment.

• RWE Analysis:
  Execute complex statistical analyses using RWD sources to generate high‑quality Real‑World Evidence (RWE).
• Data Programming:
  Utilize expert‑level proficiency in programming languages Python and R to manage, clean, analyze, and visualize large, complex real‑world datasets.
• Database Expertise:
  Work extensively with various RWE databases, including claims data, Electronic Medical Records/Electronic Health Records (EMR/EHR), disease registries, and clinical trial data.
• Project Execution:
  Manage assigned projects independently, ensuring timely and successful completion in alignment with team goals and scientific standards.
• Methodology:
  Apply appropriate analytical methodologies to address key research questions related to drug effectiveness, safety, patient populations, and disease progression.
• Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with Biostatisticians, Epidemiologists, and other cross‑functional stakeholders to interpret findings and translate RWE into actionable insights.

• MS Degree in Statistics
• Experience with RWE Databases – claims data, EMR/EHR, disease registries, and clinical trial data
• Experience utilizing real‑world data (RWD) sources and claims datasets (e.g., Humedica, Optum, Market Scan, CMS, Komodo, Truveta, Trinet
  
  X, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to effectively complete projects to successful completion
• Expert level proficiency in Python and R
