What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design and development of end-to-end technical solutions, including system architecture and integration patterns
- Create architectural diagrams, documentation, and standards for system design and development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using various programming languages and technologies
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, front-end developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- University/College Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in a leadership role within a medium to large organization
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile SCRUM methodology and software development life cycle

- Experience with cloud platform integration
- Familiarity with corporate strategic planning and implementation of IM/IT standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Highly developed organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
