Position: Director of Sales, OEM / Prime Partners

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for multiple OEM/Prime accounts, managing day-to-day relationships
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle for OEM/Prime partners, from RFQ receipt to sale closure
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for Silvus technology integration within OEM/Prime products
  • Build and maintain strong technical and business relationships with engineers and program managers
  • Contribute to pipeline management by regularly updating the CRM database with forecasts of B2B opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
  • Proven success in B2B sales of technical components or embedded systems
  • Experience managing complex account relationships with large corporations in the defense or technology sectors
  • Must possess a SECRET level clearance or the ability to obtain one within 12 months of start date
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in business development and sales within autonomous military systems
  • Familiarity with alternative MANET technologies and their strengths
