Position: Director of Sales, United States Army

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Direct and oversee the entire sales process for Silvus’ MIMO-MANET products targeting the US Army
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Army market
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor actions that may impact the company's positioning
  • Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Prior US DOD military service with increasing levels of responsibility throughout military tenure
  • Deep understanding of US ARMY procurement and related military structures
  • Knowledge of military C2/C5

    ISR/EW/SIGINT applications
  • Must have clearance at SECRET level; OR the ability to obtain a SECRET US Government security clearance within 12 months of the start date
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field, preferably military communications
  • Proven track record managing complex accounts and influencing long-term procurement programs
  • Strong technical acumen with an understanding of US Army tactical communications challenges
  • Established network at Army program offices, commands, and installations
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
