- Direct and oversee the entire sales process for MIMO-MANET products within the US Army account
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Army market
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions to inform business strategies
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities, updating the CRM database regularly
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Prior US DOD military service with increasing levels of responsibility
- Deep understanding of US Army procurement processes and relevant military programs
- Knowledge of military C2/C5
ISR/EW/SIGINT applications - Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain it within 12 months
- Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
- Demonstrated experience in military communications
- Proven track record managing complex accounts and influencing procurement programs
- Strong network at Army program offices and commands
- Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
