• Direct and oversee the entire sales process targeting the US Army account
• Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Army market
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
• Manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate product value

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Prior US DOD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
• Deep understanding of US ARMY procurement processes and military applications
• Solid understanding of US DOD funding and procurement cycles
• Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain it within 12 months

• Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
• Proven track record managing complex accounts in military communications
• Strong technical acumen regarding US Army tactical communications challenges
• Extensive network at Army program offices and installations
• Experience with MANET and/or radio solutions and familiarity with alternative technologies
