• Salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 a year

• Act as the key technical partner for Account Managers and Customer Success Managers during renewal and upsell processes
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of the employer's platform, including architecture and API capabilities
• Design and validate complex technical solutions and robust API integrations for customers
• Manage critical technical escalations and high-priority issues within customer environments
• Create and maintain technical documentation and best-practice guides for the Customer Success team

• Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Consultant or Technical Account Manager
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and GRC landscape, including familiarity with GRC platforms and SIEMs
• Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs and troubleshooting tools like Postman
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in a post-sales or expansion-focused role is highly preferred

• Strong sales acumen and experience working closely with sales and success teams
• Proven problem-solving skills with a structured approach to technical challenges
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team environment
