Senior AI Engineer | Remote

Overview

We're hiring a Senior AI Engineer who loves solving real customer problems and turning them into reliable, production ready AI. You will design end to end AI workflows, LLM powered agents, and intelligent features that support healthcare operations s is a hands on role for someone who moves fast, communicates clearly, and enjoys working in the open.

• Build and own AI workflows and agent based systems powering healthcare operations
• Work deeply with LLMs like OpenAI and Anthropic including prompt engineering, evaluation, and tuning
• Ship AI features such as document processing, compliance automation, recommendations, and voice integrations
• Design and deploy backend services using Python, FastAPI, Postgre
  
  SQL, and vector databases
• Implement RAG pipelines for accurate and context aware generation
• Orchestrate workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Vellum
• Monitor real world usage and continuously refine AI behavior
• Share work in progress, document decisions, and collaborate asynchronously

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years building AI or ML systems in production
• Strong hands on experience with LLMs and OpenAI models
• Experience with Python, FastAPI, Postgre
  
  SQL, and vector databases
• Background in document AI, recommendations, or voice based systems
• Ability to design and scale agent based workflows
• Strong product intuition and comfort with ambiguity
• Clear written communication and experience working remotely
