• Develop a strong understanding of assigned applications and demonstrate proficiency in navigating them
• Collect data through discussions, workflow observations, and document reviews to identify workflow improvements
• Produce essential documentation, including workflows, gap analyses, and project plans
• Perform various types of application testing and apply critical thinking to problem-solving
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions in virtual or in-person settings

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in application support and maintenance
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Strong understanding of basic business functions and application deployment tools
• Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft 365 suite
• Prior experience using Service Now

• Knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with root cause analysis and critical thinking skills
• Experience in vendor review and selection processes
