Business Analyst - Hourly Contract

We’re hiring a Business Analyst to manage and mentor a team of analysts creating business‑focused content that improves AI models. Your leadership, quality oversight, and subject expertise in MBA‑relevant domains will ensure outputs are accurate, logically sound, and aligned with project goals. No prior AI experience is required.

• Collaborate with and mentor a team of Business Analysts/Content Specialists.
• Allocate tasks, oversee workflows, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Conduct QA reviews, refine processes, and improve team efficiency.
• Provide performance feedback, training, and career development.
• Act as primary stakeholder contact, sharing regular project updates.
• Guide creation of case studies, scenarios, and structured business content (finance, policy, e‑commerce, etc.).

• Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• 3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, content, or domain‑focused projects.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to give constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
• Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• No prior AI experience required.

• Master’s degree or advanced coursework in relevant fields.
• Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
• Case study writing, academic or research content experience.
