• Act as the key technical partner for Account Managers and Customer Success Managers during renewal and upsell motions
• Demonstrate advanced technical value and architect solutions to drive growth within the existing customer base
• Maintain an expert‑level understanding of the employer's platform, architecture, and API capabilities
• Design, scope, and validate deep technical solutions, including robust API integrations
• Manage critical technical escalations, taking ownership of high‑priority issues that require in‑depth solutioning

• 3+ years in a customer‑facing technical role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Consultant, or Technical Account Manager
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and GRC landscape, including familiarity with GRC platforms and SIEMs
• Strong experience with REST APIs and ability to guide customers on implementation
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• A collaborative mindset, effectively partnering with CSMs, Support, and Product teams

• Experience in a post‑sales or expansion‑focused role
• Strong sales acumen and comfort in a commercial‑driven environment
• Structured approach to diagnosing and solving ambiguous technical problems
• Excellent communication skills, translating features into clear business value
