• Minimum 4-year degree; MBA is a plus
• At least 12 years of experience in modeling and analytics

• Superior interpersonal skills for interacting with various levels of management

• Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in emerging technologies
• Experience implementing and utilizing AI tools to enhance work processes
