BAM is seeking a Full Stack Cloud Developer to join its team. The Full Stack Cloud Application Developer III is a senior‑level technical leader responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing enterprise‑grade cloud applications. This role requires deep expertise across the full technology stack, cloud infrastructure, and Dev Ops practices. The Developer III leads complex projects, mentors junior developers, and drives innovation in cloud‑native design and scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands‑on coding skills and a strong understanding of modern development methodologies.

• Architect and implement full‑stack cloud applications using modern frameworks and cloud‑native technologies.
• Lead design reviews, code audits, and technical planning sessions.
• Develop scalable microservices and APIs using best practices in security and performance.
• Guide Dev Ops strategy, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
• Collaborate with product owners, scrum team members, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., FedRAMP, HIPAA).
• Mentor and coach junior and mid‑level developers.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Contribute to organizational technical standards and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;
  Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in full‑stack development and cloud architecture.
• Expert‑level proficiency in front‑end (Angular) and back‑end (.NET) technologies.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including serverless and containerized solutions.
• Strong background in Dev Ops tools and practices (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Git Hub Actions).
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
• Experience with enterprise security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration and data engineering in cloud environments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum leadership roles.
• Contributions to open‑source projects or technical publications.
