- Support internal training efforts and assist in creating client‑facing content
- Minimum of 2 years in a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in the public accounting or tax software industry
- Strong presentation skills with effective written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships across functions
- Technical aptitude with cloud‑based solutions and workflow automation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Passion for helping others and driving change through technology
