Requirements RequiredSkills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in technical or delivery management roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale AI / Data / Cloud platform programs involving multiple cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of modern SDLC methodologies (Agile, CI/CD, Dev Sec Ops ) and distributed system design principles.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure/GCP cloud architecture, containerization, and API gateway‑based microservice ecosystems.
- Hands‑on experience in building on‑prem based solutions which can work in isolated/air‑gaped environments.
- Hands‑on experience in building applications and services which are running on top of Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated experience in multi‑vendor program governance, including delivery coordination, RACI ownership, and risk management.
- Deep understanding of data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and AI/ML integration concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to interface effectively with both engineering and executive audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities in complex delivery environments.
- Background in AI‑driven platforms, AI Agents, ML based solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or Google Agent spaces.
- Experience in cross‑organization alignment (client‑vendor‑partner triangle).
- Experience in leading engineering teams.

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering execution and technical governance of the AI‑driven project – a set of purpose built AI agents for industrial equipment maintenance and management.
The ideal candidate is a senior technical leader with proven experience in managing cross‑functional engineering teams (backend, frontend, data, Dev Ops, and AI/ML), driving platform‑level architecture decisions, and ensuring technical alignment across multiple stakeholders (including vendors, partners).
This role combines technical leadership, delivery management, and business alignment – balancing strategic direction, engineering excellence, and predictable delivery in a highly dynamic multi‑vendor environment.
Responsibilities- Project Leadership & Delivery Excellence:
Drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery across multiple work streams (data ingestion, backend, frontend, ML integration, UX). Establish strong coordination with Product, Architecture, and Dev Ops leads. - Technical Governance:
Define and maintain engineering standards, architecture guidelines, and code quality practices. Collaborate with architects to ensure scalability, security, and compliance with policies and guardrails. - Cross‑Team Alignment:
Manage dependencies across internal and external teams. Lead coordination of milestones, risks, and change management to maintain synchronization across all partners. - Stakeholder Management:
Serve as a senior engineering counterpart for client stakeholders, ensuring transparency, accountability, and clear communication on progress, blockers, and technical decisions. - Resource & Capacity Planning:
