Our client, a leading sports retail company in France, are hiring a highly skilled Senior Business Process Consultant with deep expertise in Service Now and a proven track record in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). This is a fully-remote 4-month freelance assignment, designed for an experienced professional who can act as a subject matter expert (SME), guide process improvements, and deliver high‑value recommendations.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Strategic Portfolio Management within Service Now.
• Analyse, design and optimise business processes to align with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into Service Now solutions.
• Support the implementation and configuration of Service Now modules related to portfolio, program and project management.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices, governance and process standardisation.
• Deliver clear documentation, training and guidance for end‑users and internal teams.

• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Extensive experience as a Business Process Consultant or Service Now Subject Matter Expert.
• Strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Proven experience implementing or optimizing Service Now solutions in a corporate environment.
• Service Now certifications in SPM is a plus.
• Experience in agile or SAFe frameworks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
