Senior Data Engineer; Position

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer (Contract) to help architect and build the next generation of our backend data systems. This role will partner closely with our Head of Data to design and implement an analytics foundation that powers new models, analyses, KPIs, and AI-driven workflows across the company.

This is a hands‑on builder role. You’ll be responsible for building reliable, recurring data pipelines, transforming raw data into durable analytical models, and helping shape how Bandit structures data for long-term scalability, including AI-first consumption.

Success in this role looks like shipping durable, well-modeled datasets that become the default foundation for analytics, operations and AI-driven workflows across Bandit.

• Fully Remote
• ~20 hours / week, 12–16 week contract
• Flexible hours (must be available to meet virtually 1 day / week)
• $100–150 / hour (depending on location and years of experience)
