NetSuite Administrator Silicon Valley

We are working with a fast-growing, innovative global business who are seeking a hands‑on
Net Suite Administrator
to take ownership of their financial systems and integrations. This role bridges Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations, ensuring Net Suite and connected tools operate efficiently, support global processes, and provide accurate, actionable data.

• Manage and optimise Net Suite configurations, user roles, workflows, and issue resolution
• Support and integrate financial systems such as Coupa, Shopify, Avalara, Concur, Ironclad, and Rippling
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches to deliver actionable insights
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and accuracy across all financial systems
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and third‑party integrations
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to reduce manual work
• Support month‑end close and reconciliation processes
• Train users, document workflows, and champion best practices across teams

• 7+ years’ experience supporting or implementing financial systems in a global environment
• Strong Net Suite administration and configuration expertise
• Experience with Coupa, Shopify, Avalara, Concur, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of accounting, P2P, OTC, and financial reporting processes
• Proven ability to deliver complex system integrations and work with senior Finance stakeholders
• Excellent communication, prioritisation, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience leading or mentoring team members preferred

$140,000 – $175,000 + excellent benefits
