What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the liaison between business users, leadership, and developers to facilitate technology solutions
- Collect feedback from key stakeholders and advocate for their needs
- Define requirements for web applications, analytics dashboards, and data integrations
Assist in project management and maintain agile processes through grooming sessions and daily standups - Respond to user inquiries regarding system configurations and user issues in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Business Analysis or similar experience
- Experience using Azure Dev Ops or similar project management tools like Jira, Asana, or
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SDLCs
- Experience working on a technical team of software developers or data engineers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Formal certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management
- Experience with Gherkin syntax
- Background in a startup or fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with system testing and software quality assurance best practices
- Experience engaging with business leaders
