The Media Buyer will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). This role is responsible for scaling ad performance, analyzing campaign data, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through data‑driven strategies and continuous optimization.

• Manage all Meta ad accounts and campaigns from setup to reporting and monitor daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR).
• Adjust budgets and pacing based on real‑time performance data.
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high‑performing ad content.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure accurate tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Conversion API, event tracking).
• Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices and algorithm changes.

• English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Meta Ads.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience working with UTM links, conversion pixels, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools (preferably Hub Spot).
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

• Hourly rate starting at USD 1288 per month (final rate will be experience‑based).
• Annual pay increments.
