Senior Regulatory Consultant - Spain

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Veeva Regulatory Consultant to lead and support initiatives across the Veeva Vault RIM suite, including Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of experience in regulatory systems and processes, strong consulting capabilities, and a forward‑thinking approach to leveraging Generative AI tools for innovation and efficiency.

• Lead configuration and optimization of Veeva Vault RIM modules, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business goals.
• Design and implement custom reports and data models to support regulatory insights and compliance.
• Provide strategic consulting and guidance to stakeholders across regulatory, IT, and business teams.
• Utilize Gen AI tools to enhance automation, data analysis, and decision‑making in regulatory operations.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery including solutioning and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to drive adoption and understanding of next‑gen solution capabilities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and Veeva product enhancements.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in regulatory processes and systems within the life sciences industry.
• Proven expertise in Veeva Vault RIM (Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive, Publishing).
• Experience with Veeva Vault configuration, reporting, and data modeling.
• Strong consulting acumen with the ability to influence and guide cross‑functional teams.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI tools in a regulatory or enterprise setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.

• Experience working in a GxP‑compliant environment.
• Familiarity with global regulatory standards (e.g., eCTD, IDMP, xEVMPD).
• Multilingual capabilities (especially in French, Danish, German or Italian) are a plus.
