IT System Analyst

Overview

Responsible for day‑to‑day support and optimization of software applications, including builds, upgrades, and system enhancements. Analyze business/clinical needs, evaluate software releases and/or new products, and recommend ways to optimize processes and reduce expenses. Possess in‑depth business/clinical and application knowledge and experience. Perform and document workflow assessments to determine functional requirements for optimal utilization of applications. Develop system test plans and perform testing of software upgrades and patches.

Maintain records of test progress and results. Manage problems, incidents, changes, and service requests. Provide daily on‑call support to the customer base for application‑related issues. Work within a cross‑functional team and with end users to achieve application integration that meets business/clinical needs. Communicate software issues, requirements, upgrades, and enhancements. Oversee smaller‑sized projects or components of projects. Coordinate implementation or project planning around software application releases.

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 3 years of relevant experience with a degree OR 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree

• No specific certification or licensure requirements.

• 3 years of relevant experience with a degree OR 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Hands‑on experience with Service Now ITSM procurement processes is highly desirable.
• Experience managing incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.
• Collaborated cross‑functionally with IT and end users and supported smaller projects or application release implementations.

Base pay: $61,235.20 - $. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
