This senior role is ideal for a skilled ERP professional with deep functional expertise, strong client engagement skills, and a passion for driving digital transformation. You'll lead end-to-end ERP projects and manage a team of Functional Consultants—guiding best-practice delivery and continuous improvement.

• Lead the functional design and implementation of Epicor ERP solutions across industries
• Analyse client business processes, gather requirements, and design best-practice configurations
• Provide expert guidance across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, CRM, and more
• Collaborate with technical consultants to deliver seamless integrations

• Act as the lead functional consultant across multiple ERP projects
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user adoption strategies
• Produce clear documentation including specifications, process maps, and test plans
• Support UAT, data migration, and go-live success

• Manage and mentor a team of Functional Consultants
• Review and sign off on solution designs
• Oversee team resourcing, performance, and workload planning

• Stay current with ERP trends, updates, and best practices
• Help evolve internal methodologies, templates, and delivery frameworks
• Recommend process optimisations for clients

• 7+ years' experience in Epicor ERP functional consulting
• Expertise in modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, CRM, and Supply Chain
• Strong understanding of core ERP processes :
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Plan-to-Produce (P2P)
• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)
• Deep knowledge of multi-company, multi-site, and intercompany trading configurations
• Comfortable engaging with C-suite and finance stakeholders
• Excellent documentation, training, and stakeholder communication skills

• Epicor ERP certifications (any module)
• Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or Manufacturing
• Experience with Time & Materials project delivery
• Familiarity with PSA tools such as Certinia (Salesforce)
