We're strengthening our digital marketing team with a Digital Lead or Digital Marketing Manager that will be responsible for how and what we deliver. You will partner closely with clients to help them translate their marketing aims into immediate solutions and long‑term digital strategies.

• Be the key point of contact for our clients to develop their business needs into a well‑rounded digital strategy
• Be a team player that collaborates with the whole agency to sustain and grow our digital offering
• Work in cross‑functional teams to support our scientific content and creative work with modern digital solutions
• Drive best practice within the digital team focussing on high value and low complexity solutions
• Contribute to our new business team through storytelling that links our digital offering to requests in proposals

• 5 years’ experience working with Digital Marketing for a Digital Lead and 7 years for a Digital Marketing Manager; evidence of experience, qualifications and certifications is meriting
• Demonstrable leadership experience, including mentoring your team and orchestrating digital campaigns
• Hands‑on experience working across multiple channels, such as web, SEO, paid media and automation. Experience with Generative/AI engine optimisation is meriting
• A data‑driven approach to marketing that enables us to demonstrate the success of our digital solutions and help our clients take informed decisions
• Curiosity and a desire to stay at the forefront of the fast‑paced world of digital marketing
