Senior Backend Engineer; B2B

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs that support high-performance security solutions
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define architecture, requirements, and technical trade-offs
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security through clean code, reviews, and best engineering practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while minimizing downtime and operational risk
• Contribute to system evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives across the backend stack
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development for scalable, production-grade systems
• Strong proficiency with Node.js and backend application development
• Solid experience working with both SQL and No
  
  SQL database technologies
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments and microservices architectures
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean, maintainable, and secure code
