AQA Lead​/Senior AQA Engineer; NXJ

We’re looking for a hands‑on AQA Lead / Senior AQA Engineer
to take ownership of quality across a React Native mobile app. This role goes beyond writing tests — you’ll build the automation foundation, establish QA processes from the ground up, and set best practices that scale with the product. Working closely with the CTO, you’ll be a key technical partner, ensuring reliable releases today while laying the groundwork to eventually recruit and grow the QA team as the company expands.

• Write automation tests for a React Native mobile app
• Build testing infrastructure and integrate it with CI/CD
• Define QA processes and best practices
• Perform manual testing and regression
• Eventually – recruit and grow the QA team

• 5+ years of QA experience
• Significant experience writing automation (Appium / Detox / similar)
• Experience with React Native apps – required
• Ability to write real code (not just record & playback tools)
• Experience building QA processes from scratch or significant improvement of existing ones
• English proficiency:
  Upper-Intermediate level or higher

• Experience with mobile apps in a B2C / subscription environment
• CI/CD knowledge (Git Hub Actions, Bitrise, or similar)
• Experience recruiting and mentoring QA engineers
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Firebase, or other analytics tools
