Business Systems Analyst IV

Description

Analyzes business procedures and recommends improvements to align systems and solutions with organizational goals. Collaborates with stakeholders documents requirements identifies system issues and partners with IT to implement and monitor solutions. Business analysis certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP or IIBAs Entry Certificate in Business Analysis ECBA are beneficial as is familiarity with project management methodologies.

Technical Product Analyst

Home Office - New Albany OH Open to Remote working in Eastern Time Zones

The primary responsibility of the Technical Product Analyst is to work within the AF Technology and business community to understand user and technical requirements. The analyst will partner with the engineering and architecture teams for the implementation and support of new integrations.

This role is focused on Marketing Technology including but not limited to Merkle Adobe Analytics Qualtrics and One Trust etc.

• Coordination of technical bug fixes and enhancements across internal and external partners Center Text
• Responsible for understanding and articulating the impact of changes across Martech systems
• Collaborate with other scrum teams to identify dependencies
• Provide production support for technical issues i.e. Integrations platform etc
• Debugging of data issues within Merkle CRM Adobe Analytics One Trust Qualtrics-VOC
• etc.
• Team up with the cross functional teams to ensure all business requirements are being met
• Responsible for User Management/Access within specific Martech platforms
• Performs maintenance and support tasks
• Identifies and implements process improvements
• Create and maintain documentation for internal processes

• 4 years of experience working with Marketing Technology in an IT Support or Analyst Role
• Understanding of data architecture and data integration
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment and effectively meet project deliverables on time
• Must demonstrate strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Excellent problem solving issue identification analytical and technical documentation skills
• Familiarity with debugging tools i.e. Splunk Dynatrace etc.
• Experience working with affiliate platforms loyalty ratings and reviews etc.

This is a Contract position based out of New Albany, OH.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
