As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Web Hosting Technical Support professional to join our team.

The Web Hosting Technical Support position is responsible for providing technical support to our clients who use our hosting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web hosting and be able to troubleshoot technical issues, as well as provide exceptional customer service.

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to clients using our hosting solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web hosting, email, and DNS
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and technical support requests
• Collaborate with other members of the technical support team to ensure high-quality support for our clients
• Assist clients with website migrations, domain name transfers, and other hosting-related tasks

• 2+ years of experience in web hosting technical support
• Strong understanding of web hosting technologies, including cPanel, Plesk, and WHM
• Experience with web servers such as Apache and NGINX
• Strong knowledge of DNS, email, and FTP protocols
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Word Press or other Content Management systems is a plus
• Experience with WHMCS and other billing/support systems is a plus
