They are seeking a Senior Citrix Engineer to design, implement, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Net Scaler/ADC, and Citrix Cloud/Premise systems. You will provide Tier 3 support, tune performance, implement patches, and troubleshoot complex technical issues within the Citrix environment. This hands-on role requires strong experience with Citrix and VMware virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities- Design, implement, manage, and secure Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Net Scaler/ADC, and Citrix Cloud/Premise systems
- Manage other VDI environments and VMware/virtualization technologies
- Perform system updates, tune performance, and implement critical patches
- Review system performance logs to identify anomalies and troubleshoot Citrix-related technical issues
- Provide Tier 3 support for customer-driven issues within an ITSM framework
- Opportunity for a remote work schedule
- Leads design, performance-monitoring, tuning, scripting, upgrades and maintenance of production Citrix systems
- Test, upgrade, and migrate virtual environments and components, while ensuring that change management and defined security protocols for all assigned systems are executed in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate your ability to troubleshoot applications within a Citrix environment, identifying and resolving issues to maintain a high level of performance and user experience.
- Contribute as a subject matter technical expert for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops administration and maintenance/operations/troubleshooting and all elements related the application environment
- Stay abreast of related technology and recommend future system enhancements, improving troubleshooting and reducing the manual tasks
- Subject Matter Expert and accountable owner of the technology.
