As an Architect in the Infrastructure Advisory Services Team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through the evaluation, design, implementation, and optimisation of their infrastructure solutions. You will bring deep expertise within the network security and network segmentation domains. This experience should be complimented by at least one secondary specialization across data centre, cloud, collaboration, wireless, private cellular, or compute.

You should have broad knowledge of adjacent technologies across the infrastructure landscape. Your role will require a blend of technical acumen, business insight, and exceptional consulting skills, to help clients achieve their strategic goals.

• Act as a strategic advisor, providing expert guidance on infrastructure solutions that align with client business objectives.
• Engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and technical requirements.
• Support Insight Sales Teams when they engage with customers to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements.
• Deliver technical guidance and best practices on solutions, products, and services.

• 10+ years of experience working with role specific solutions in one or more domains, such as networking, data centre, cloud, collaboration, wireless, compute, or storage.
• 8+ years of experience in consulting, or similar customer‑facing roles.
• 5+ years of experience working with Cisco Identity Services Engine
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure products, services, and solutions, and their integration with other technologies and platforms.

• Freedom to work from another location—even an international destination—for up to 30 consecutive calendar days per year.
