AI Engineer
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an AI Product Leader to join their team! This position is remote.
Duties:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap at the intersection of machine learning and user experience
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, design, and other teams to deliver intelligent, scalable, and user-centric systems
- Partner closely with AI/ML teams to ensure alignment between product goals and algorithmic capabilities, with a focus on performance, fairness, latency, and monetization
- Own the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery, user research, and market analysis to development, launch, and iterative improvements
- Translate complex user and business needs into clear, data-informed product strategies and elegant technical solutions
- Influence and guide product direction by articulating the "what" and "why" while actively engaging in the "how" to ensure technical feasibility and long-term scalability
- Champion ethical AI practices and promote responsible innovation in product decisions
- Proven experience in product leadership, preferably within AI/ML-driven domains such as Ad Tech, Search, or Recommender Systems
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling complex personalization, relevance, or targeting systems
- Strong foundational understanding of machine learning principles, with hands-on experience collaborating with data science and ML engineering teams
- Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate and balance competing priorities such as latency, monetization, and fairness
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders—both technical and non-technical
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product strategies and deliverables
- Experience driving ML product innovation from concept to launch in fast-paced, data-driven environments
