About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Manager with deep experience building consumer‑facing digital products to lead strategy, roadmap development, and execution across key customer experiences and treatment categories. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, growth, and technical product development—owning initiatives that enhance the end‑to‑end user journey, accelerate adoption of treatments, and deliver scalable, high‑quality healthcare experiences across app and web.
You will work cross‑functionally with design, engineering, marketing, clinical, operations, and data teams to develop intuitive and impactful features that meet diverse patient needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, a user‑centered mindset, and the ability to drive measurable business and customer outcomes.
You Will:- Define and execute strategic product roadmaps that improve user experience, foster growth, and support customers throughout their lifecycle across multiple treatment categories.
- Lead projects from discovery through technical development and launch, ensuring high‑quality delivery and continuous iteration based on data and customer insights.
- Identify friction points in the user journey and partner with design, engineering, research, operations, and clinical teams to build empathetic and accessible solutions.
- Consolidate input from marketing, category management, medical, and technical stakeholders to inform product decisions and accelerate adoption of key offerings.
- Break down complex or behind‑the‑scenes systems into phased deliverables that provide incremental value while supporting long‑term scalability.
- Prioritize product investments using structured evaluation of business impact, user value, technical feasibility, and organizational readiness.
- Establish and track clear success metrics, using both qualitative and quantitative data to guide iteration and inform future strategy.
- Provide thought partnership across UX, growth, and operational functions, aligning cross‑functional teams and ensuring shared understanding.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, diving into technical decisions when needed and translating technical concepts for non‑technical partners.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, data‑driven decision‑making, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor peers and contribute to the evolution of product practices, frameworks, and organizational processes.
- 6+ years of Product Management experience building and shipping consumer products, ideally in growth, healthcare, or subscription‑based mobile applications.
- Proven success delivering impactful products that customers love and that drive measurable business results.
- Strong strategic thinking, systems‑level problem solving, and the ability to move fluidly between high‑level vision and detailed execution.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude), experimentation platforms (e.g., Growth Book), and user research methods.
- Ability to work closely with engineers, understand technical constraints, and participate in technical tradeoff discussions.
- Experience creating scalable processes from scratch in fast‑paced, operationally complex environments…
