IT System Administrator Tier 2; MSP

A growing Managed Service Provider in the Dallas area is seeking a Tier 2 Systems Administrator to support and manage IT environments across multiple client networks. This role is ideal for a hands‑on technical professional who enjoys troubleshooting, client interaction, and working in a fast‑paced MSP setting.

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

• Troubleshoot escalated issues involving Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and security
• Support and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, backups, and virtualization platforms
• Assist with project work including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
• Communicate clearly with clients and document work accurately

• 3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience
• Prior MSP experience required
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Azure Entra , Azure VMs
• Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN)
• Experience with virtualization administration (VMware and/or Hyper‑V)
• Comfortable working onsite with Dallas‑area clients as needed
