• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical contexts.
• Lead the design, development, and support of IT solutions across multiple platforms and technologies.

• Proficiency in mainframe systems and legacy technologies.
• Strong coding skills, particularly in Natural programming language.
• Expertise in Adabase database management.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with custom off-the-shelf systems and niche technologies like eCommerce systems.
• Knowledge of mobility and TPF in specialty development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
