Senior Facets Healthcare Application Development Lead Job :  About the role

As a Senior Facets Healthcare Application Development Lead, you will make an impact by driving technical solutions and leading agile transformation for healthcare systems. You will be a valued member of our Healthcare Technology team, collaborating closely with client IT and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in a global delivery model.

• Lead the design, development, and customization of Facets applications, including release management and API integrations.
• Drive adoption of Agile practices and recognized coding standards across teams.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Facets and custom batch jobs using Autosys, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with client IT and business teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop and remediate custom components for Azure migration using C#, Azure, and SQL technologies.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery in a global delivery model.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language.

• 15+ years of experience in application development with strong technical leadership skills.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare domain, preferably with Facets .
• Expertise in Facets data structure , APIs, and customization.
• Proven experience in Agile transformation and adoption of technical best practices.
• Strong proficiency in C#, Azure, SQL , and Dev Ops tools.
• Experience with Autosys for batch job monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in leading large-scale Azure migration projects .
• Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
• Familiarity with global delivery models and offshore coordination.

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $154K-$180K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
