Meal Suite builds end-to-end food service technology for healthcare and senior living organizations. Our mission is to help care teams deliver better dining experiences with less effort. We're a fast‑growing team working on meaningful problems that directly impact patient and resident care.

We're looking for a UX Designer to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the UI/UX Lead
, you'll be creating intuitive, elegant user experiences across our ecosystem while collaborating with product teams to build solutions that delight users and improve operational outcomes.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI flows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align design with functional requirements.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistent design standards.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.

• 3+ years UX/UI design experience.
• A strong educational background in Computer Science is valued, but we also recognize that talent comes from many paths. If you have a strong background in product management, we want to hear from you.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise workflow design.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with engineering, design, product, and customer‑facing teams.
• Figma or similar tools.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required).

$80,000–$100,000 USD per year; $75,000–$90,000 CAD per year.

This role requires working onsite in our Dallas office two days per week
