• Design, develop, implement, and tune large-scale distributed systems and pipelines that process large volumes of data, focusing on scalability, low-latency, and fault-tolerance in every system built;
• Provide technical leadership, foster a team environment, and provide mentorship and feedback to technical resources.
• Define infrastructure patterns for business transformations, data lineage, data orchestration and security.
• Design data platform solutions using Native and 3rd party data services across AWS, Azure and GCP; architect enterprise data and analytics solutions on cloud platforms following recommended strategies and approaches to deliver in a fast‑paced environment for customers.
• Define through infrastructure how data is acquired, stored, processed, distributed and consumed.
• Lead multiple engagements to design and develop infrastructure to support data solutions using data modelling techniques (e.g., file‑based, normalised or denormalised, star schemas, schema‑on‑read, Vault data model, graphs) for mixed workloads such as OLTP, OLAP and streaming using any formats (structured, semi‑structured and unstructured).
• Implement cloud data solutions in the context of business applications, cost optimisation, client’s strategic needs and future growth goals as it relates to a ‘data‑driven’ organisation.
• Apply and create leading practices that support high availability, scalable, process and storage‑intensive solutions architectures to data integration/migration, analytics and insights, artificial intelligence ("AI") and machine learning ("ML") requirements.
• Create high‑quality detailed documentation related to cloud data architecture; and implement cloud data architecture and data integration patterns (AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Event Hub and Databricks), storage and processing (Redshift, Azure Synapse, Big Query and Snowflake); and infrastructure‑as‑code (Cloud Formation and Terraform).
• Perform SAST and DAST scans and vulnerability analysis using Dev Sec Ops  and App Sec Ops  tools.

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus five (5) years of experience in any occupation which includes the required experience/skills.

• 5 years of experience with Programming (C#, .Net, PHP); 4 years of experience with Dev Ops.
• 3 years of experience with Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP); 2 years of experience with Data Engineering (Azure data Services); and 2 years of experience with Agile or Scrum.
• Must have Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification and AWS Certified Solutions Architect‑Professional Certification.

May work from home anywhere in the United States. 5 days/40hrs/week; $180,003 per year
