• Minimum 5 years of Dev Ops experience.
• Very good command of written and spoken Polish and English (C1).
• Solid experience with Azure
• Solid experience with Kubernetes (especially AKS).
• Solid practice with management and automation of CI pipelines (Circle
  
  CI, Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Github Actions) and gitops tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• Solid experience in Linux administration and Docker.
• Experience with high-available and high scalable environments.
• Hands‑on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Azure Bicep.
• Experience with scripting/programming languages (Bash, Python, Go).
• Ability to identify a problem/opportunity and propose a working and credible solution.
• Practice with monitoring/data collection tools:
  Azure Monitor, Prometheus/Loki, Data Dog, Graylog, ELK stack, Zabbix.
• Experience (lab level) with other orchestration tools like Azure App Service/Container Apps, Rancher, Nomad, k3s, minikube.
• Implementation of solutions according to Well-Architected Framework standards.
• Proactive security‑first approach.

• Good knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet.
• Experience with Software Engineering.
• Courage in making decisions.
• Experience with virtualization hypervizors like vmware, Proxmox.
• Network knowledge on L2 and L3.
