IT Helpdesk Support provides both remote and onsite PC and network support for the organization across multiple locations, following standard procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks. The role helps users by answering questions and solving problems promptly and supportively.

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or remotely.
• Setup new computers and devices such as printers, scanners, etc.
• Perform basic tasks such as setting up user accounts, email accounts, joining computers to an Active Directory domain.
• Track customer issues and resolutions.

• Previous experience in IT, customer service, and/or related fields.
• Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, basic routing, Active Directory, VPNs and firewalls.
• Ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• A+, NET+ (or equivalent experience) required.
• MCP/MCSE is a huge plus, but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills are a must.

Monday‑Friday; 8am‑5pm (some flexibility; actual hours may vary to ensure coverage and completed tasks).

• Weekend work is rare, but may be required in the event of an emergency or an unexpected/planned outage.
